Enrollment Applications for the 2020-2021 Academic School Year will be available February 11th for all grade levels. Submit an application for each child you are applying for enrollment. You are required to provide the following documentation along with the enrollment application to the campus of your choice:
Socioeconomic form
Proof of Residence (Most Recent: utility bill (which indicates physical address) or property tax records)
Student’s Birth Certificate
Student’s Social Security card (optional)
State ID will be assigned if the student doesn’t have a social security number
Immunization record
Home Language Survey (If the student has not never attended a public school)
Most recent copy of Report Card (Grades 1st to 12th Grade)
Transcripts apply only to students 8th to 12th Grade
