CTE Student Organizations
Career and Technical Education Student Organizations enhance student learning by providing leadership and competitive opportunities in various events. Vanguard Academy has established organization chapters and teams in various nationally recognized student organizations. In the 2017-2018 school year, many of our student organizations participated in local, regional, and state competitions in which they also obtained awards and recognition. The organizations that we are a part of are listed below.

Vanguard Academy Charter School offers career and technical education programs in Arts, Audio/Video Technology and Communications; Business Management and Administration/Finance; Education and Training; Health Science; Information Technology; Law, Public Safety, Corrections and Security; Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).  Admission to these programs is based on interest and aptitude, course sequencing, age appropriateness, and class space availability. Some programs require an application process.

It is the policy of Vanguard Academy Charter School not to discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex or handicap in its vocational programs, services or activities as required by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended; Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972; and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended.

La Academia Vanguard ofrece programas de educación técnica y vocacional en artes, tecnología y comunicación; gestión empresarial y administración/ finanzas; educación y entrenamiento; ciencia de la salud; información técnica; ley y seguridad pública; ciencia, tecnología, ingeniería y matemáticas. La admisión a estos programas se basa en las aplicaciones recibidas, edad apropiada, año escolar, aptitud e interés, y la secuencia lógica de cursos. Algunos programas requieren un proceso de admisión.
