Dear Vanguard Parents and Guardians, we're excited to invite you to "Cooking with EFNEP," a free hands-on cooking program starting February 6th at the SGT Fernando De La Rosa Memorial Library.
Key Details:
Four weekly sessions: Feb 6, 13, 20, and 27.
Time: 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM.
Location: 416 N Tower Rd, Alamo, TX 78516.
FREE program includes a salsa recipe book.
You'll learn practical cooking skills in small groups while building community with other parents. Upon completing all sessions, you'll receive a graduation certificate.

Congratulations to the City of Pharr for a successful State of the City Address. We are so proud of Evan Morales from Rembrandt ECHS who led the Pledge of Allegiance. Vanguard Academy was also happily surprised to be one of three recipients of a $5,000 Community Award for Fine Arts. Our District's partnership with the City of Pharr dates back to the founding of Vanguard Academy. We are grateful for the alliance we have formed with Mayor Ambrosio Hernandez and city leaders.
