Today’s Election Day! Make sure you take a few minutes to exercise your right to vote — every voice matters!
Ever wondered why Election Day always lands on a Tuesday in November? Back in the 1800s, most people were farmers who often had to travel a day or two to reach their polling place. November was chosen because harvest season was over, and Tuesday worked best since it didn’t interfere with church on Sunday or market day on Wednesday.
Pretty cool how tradition and practicality shaped our democracy! 🗳️

¿Se han preguntado alguna vez por qué las elecciones siempre caen en martes de noviembre? En el siglo de 1800, la mayoría de la gente eran agricultores que a menudo tenían que viajar uno o dos días para llegar a su centro de votación. We’re so proud of our amazing student-athletes, coaching staff, campus administration, and all the parents, siblings, families, and supporters who have cheered on our Lady Gladiators every step of the way. 🙌💙

Congratulations to our two All-State runners from Rembrandt ECHS! 👏

Aaron Miranda placed 10th, earning a medal, and Gael Gonzalez finished 23rd, both securing spots in the Top 25 All-State team.
